Debutant chief PS Vinothraj’s Koozhangal stars newcomers Karuththadaiyan and Chella Pandi leading the pack jobs. The film investigates the connection between an alcoholic dad and his child and how they get back the mother, who might have returned to her parent’s home due to her harsh husband.
Koozhangal debuted at the Rotterdam Film Festival on Thursday (February 4)). After Sanal Kumar Sasidharan’s Sexy Durga, Koozhangal is the subsequent Indian film to win the award.
